What We Collect

When someone clicks a shortened link, we record: the timestamp, HTTP referrer header, browser user agent string, and approximate country derived from the visitor's IP address. We do not store IP addresses.

How We Use It

Click data is used solely to display aggregate analytics (total clicks, clicks per day, top referrers) to the link creator. Data is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Admin Accounts

This service uses simple password authentication. No personal information (name, email) is collected from admin or demo users. Passwords are sent via request headers and are not stored in the browser beyond the current session (sessionStorage).

Cookies

This site does not use cookies or tracking pixels.

Data Retention

Click analytics are retained indefinitely. When a link is deleted, all associated click data is permanently removed.

Third-Party Services

This site loads Chart.js from a CDN (jsdelivr.net) for rendering charts. No other third-party services are used. Shortened links redirect to external URLs which have their own privacy policies.
